So after the first potential baker failed at returning my calls. Mom had me go back to the first baker I recieved a quote from. Me, Vicky and Joe went to the appt just to talk cake.
We arrived at the Croissants Cafe and met with Lindsay, we were a little early so she asked us to wait at the bar. When she came back to us she said we would be talking and then have a cake tasting right there. Which the other bakery didn't even offer. But here they automatically did it. Which was great because Mom was trying to convince Vicky to make the cake with other flavor cakes and fillings so it would be a cake the guest would never forget. And it did change her mind. Lindsay took us to the back of the building where that had a seperate room from the cafe for just cake consultings. We went over every detail, made changes, and ate cake (Dustin got the leftovers because he was at work.) So when everything was said and done and I spoke to mom about the details we all agreed this would be a great choice of baker to make our wedding cake. So we booked it. All I have to say is this cake is going to be BAD ASS.
